[b]STAFF SECTION[/b] How long have you been a part of RanCor RP: 1 day What made you want to Apply for RanCor RP staff: (200 words minimum): What made me want to apply to RanCor RP staff is I really enjoyed playing on this server and thought it was the best server I have played on since I got a new computer, I really enjoyed going through different trainings and meeting different people that were fun to roleplay around with. This was not just fun to play on, this server was extremely well made. I say this not only because there was staff on the entire time that I was on, but also because how it is setup. It is setup with whitelist, lots of different options to choose from with classes, very responsive staff, and good players within the community that really make playing on this server fun. Not only that, this server had quite a bit of people for how late during the week it was; servers usually die out around nine or ten, depending on where you live or who is gmod at the time. Another thing that made me want to apply for staff here is the members who are already a part of the staff team are extremely helpful, including the owners, and seem like really good people to be on a team with. Really, I just want to help as much as possible on the servers and in the community and this would give a great chance to do so.  Do you have RanCor Rp staff referrals? If so who are they?: No What makes you different from other applicants?: (250 words minimum): What makes me different is my motivations and experiences. What I mean by motivations is; what makes me want to play as much as I possibly can? (mainly in the afternoon or night). The answer to that is I enjoy helping in anyway possible and I want to be able to provide the best experience I possibly can to other players so they stick with the community and really grow. I want to do this because how great this server is; a large selection of groups to choose from (US, EU, RU, and the sub-groups in those). The experience I have ranges from simply playing on Roleplay servers, to being staff on them, to being on Gmod in general. I have the large amount of staff experience (as stated above), I have played a lot of roleplay servers (and many servers in general) and I have 2,960 hours on Gmod and came back to Gmod the moment I got a new computer. What also makes me different from some applicants is the times I can play. I am free most of the day on weekends and play later at night when there might not be as many people or staff online. A big difference between me and other applicants is how I dedicate myself to servers; when there is a server I really like, like this one, I stick with it and I don't really hop to other servers - so this server has my full dedication. Full dedication is important because it means that people, staff, and founders can rely on you to handle problems, calls, sits, whitelists, etc - all without needing to worry about anything. Why would we want you to be a staff member?: (200 words minimum) The reason you would want me to be a staff member is really related to a lot of what was said above. I will dedicate all my freetime to this server and no other server; this is because it is really important that members, players, staff, and founders can really count on you to handle any issue or whitelist or sit that may arise while they aren't on or just want to roleplay. I also have lots of experience and time on Gmod as a player, staff, and member. I enjoy helping people, making the server as fun as possible, and making sure people never have to wait for whitelists or assistance. I have lots of time on Gmod and a lot of experience being a staff member on other servers. Along with those things, there is also my motivation, always wanting the server to be as fun as possible with the best roleplay exprience possible. All of those tie together to being qualified to, wanting to, and being able to make the server and community the best it can possibly be, by: handling all calls as quickly as possible (going on duty if getting calls with no other people on duty) and making sure everyone is has happy with the roleplay experience as possible.  What do you hope to accomplish as a staff member?: (100 words minimum) As a staff member I hope to accomplish many things. I hope to making the server the best it can possibly be by: handinling every call (no matter how small it seems) to make sure the player/member is getting the experience they should be having when playing on a roleplay server, making sure the all whitelists are taken care of with the quickest pace possible, and overall - just making sure everyone is having a great and fun time when roleplaying. These are things all made possible with the experience I have as staff, my time played on roleplay servers, my motivation, and my dedication (all are things explained in past questions).  What experience have you had as a moderator/admin/administrator:  Trial Moderator, Moderator, and Gamemaster across different Gaminglight Servers Trial Moderator and Moderator for Bobarian Gaming TTT (first experience as staff) Moderator for an EG DarkRP (I believe it got shutdown) Co-Owner of a now shutdown DarkRP server (Lance's DarkRP)  All ranks leading up to Senior Admin on Venomous Gaming MilitaryRP (was the last server before my computer broke). *There coud be a few more that I might be forgetting, most of the listed are because the server/community died out* Have you used the ULX/ULIB system?
