I believe Larence or Mr. Wizard or should demoted from staff. I believe this because of his staff application, which should be the most important part in the staff recruitment process. Please just take a look at the application he has provided. Who decided to accept his application after the horrible application he made? +1 I do Agree with this he is very aggravating as a staff always asking for things he was not trained he does not have a mic and i do not believe he is mature enough for this position
