What made you want to Apply for RanCor RP staff: (200 words minimum): I've been looking for a good server to fly WAC on and haven't been able to find one, until I joined this server. I liked that the server isn't super serious all of the time and the majority of players are just here to have fun. I genuinely enjoy helping people, and applying for staff is a good way to give back to the players. I'm often training recruits and soldiers for other positions, so it would be useful to be able to whitelist people without having to pester staff. I've also noticed all the staff busy at times, which makes me want to apply and help out. I'd like an active role helping the server develop as the community grows. You guys are doing a great job keeping up on things with the server. I've seen very active staff and multiple updates in the short time the server has been up. If things continue the way they are, I think this server could go a long way and would like to be there along with it. I have a lot of ideas that could help make things interesting for the server and in RP, I just need the opportunity. Do you have RanCor Rp staff referrals? If so who are they?: Atlas. What makes you different from other applicants?: (250 words minimum): I've been playing Garry's Mod since it came out pretty much and have 8000+ hours (with idle hours). During this time I've been staff on countless servers, so I understand what's expected of me if I'm accepted. I didn't start playing military RP until recently, so it's still fresh and interesting for me and I'm looking forward to putting more time into it. One thing that I think sets me apart from other applicants is my age and maturity. I have the ability to pass judgement free of bias during admin sits and don't have a temper. I have a decent amount of free time during the day and should be able to get on every night with a few exceptions. I already have a high ranking position in the Russian military and lead the air force, which should show that I'm capable of having responsibilities on the server. I don't just want to take reports, but also provide fun experiences in roleplay for the players. I've been a game master on other roleplay servers before, so this past experience should help me accomplish this.  Why would we want you to be a staff member?: (200 words minimum) You should want me as a staff member because I have the server's interests in mind. I understand that everything is relatively new and isn't set in stone yet. I'm willing to help out with opinions and ideas to keep things new and fun on the server. I'm also able to work well with others and give/receive constructive criticism without issue. I'll be very active and will keep up with the reports the best that I can. As a staff member, I'll be respectful to other players and try to avoid conflict if possible. If there are problems, I'll be able to handle it maturely while trying to appease all parties involved. My goal is to make the server somewhere others want to play, not force them away with punishment or bias. I will not use my powers in any way other than to serve the players and try to make the server better. I see so much potential for the server and hopefully I'm able to play an active role in it's development. I plan on being a long time member of the community and I'm looking forward to what's in store.  What do you hope to accomplish as a staff member?: (100 words minimum) I'd like to be able to help the other staff so that no one is feeling overwhelmed by the amount of reports. As a staff member, I'd like to get on [u]at[/u] [u]least[/u] every other day. Having staff would allow me to communicate with the other factions easier and plan things. It will also make it easier for me to engage with the community and get to know everyone. Having the ability to attend staff meetings and give input allows me to make changes on the server that otherwise wouldn't have been possible.  What experience have you had as a moderator/admin/administrator: I've been staff on many servers. Some of the gamemodes include PERP, cwHL2RP, HaloRP, DarkRP, etc. Have you used the ULX/ULIB system? List all the commands you know here: I know a majority of the commands. I've been using ULX in gmod for a very long time. I'd also be able to learn any commands I don't already know fairly quickly.
